INDIVIDUALS can place ads for FREE. Simply send us an Email with the following information:

1. Contact Information: Name, phone number and/or email address. (Street Addresses should only be given if listing a 'home for sale',)
2. Item for Sale Name of item and brief description and condition.
   • Homes: Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, architectural details, amenities, etc.
   • Autos: List the Model, Make and Year as well as color (exterior and interior), and additional features.
   • Furniture: List type of wood, fabric or other materials, dimensions, colors, and additional features.
   • Computers: Hard Drive Size, CPU Model and Speed, Modem size, included software, peripherals.
   • Electronics: Model and Year, special features
3. Pricing: This can be listed at your discression
4. Pictures:Please attach any photos as .jpg or .gif's to the email. Photos may be resized accordingly.

To place YARD SALE INFORMATION on the site follow the steps listed below:

1. Go To The Yard Sale Calendar,
2. Click on the Date
3. Select "Add Event" or "Post New Event"
4. Fill in the necessary fields
5. Choose "Save" to complete
